RefectoCil No.3.1 Light Brown is a professional eyebrow and eyelash tint created in a natural light brown shade for soft, elegant and natural-looking results. It is especially suitable for blonde, dark blonde, wheat, honey and light brown hair colours.

Light Brown enhances brow shape and lash definition without creating an overly dark appearance. It delivers a balanced and polished finish that complements fair skin tones and natural makeup looks.

The professional formula coats every hair evenly from root to tip and provides rich colour for up to 6 weeks. The water-resistant formula helps reduce the need for daily brow and lash makeup.

The tint may be used alone or mixed with other RefectoCil shades to create customised colour results.

Use with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid or Cream Developer.

Directions

1. Clean the area thoroughly.
2. Mix with RefectoCil Oxidant 3%.
3. Apply evenly.
4. Processing time:
   • lashes — 10 min;
   • brows — 5–10 min.
5. Remove with a damp cotton pad.
